Warranties are provided by the manufacturers of the pieces.

We work with brands that produce jewelry using the finest materials on the market and handcrafted manufacturing processes. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us.

All the brands we work with offer a one-year (1) warranty covering plating, clasps, and soldering, for possible repairs and manufacturing defects.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:

• Damages resulting from drops or accidents of any kind, such as cracks or breaks.

• Natural wear and tear from use, including scratches, dents, marks, or signs of oxidation due to improper use.
