RETURN POLICY
We accept exchanges or returns of your product even if it has no manufacturing defects, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged, with all original manufacturer seals intact, and in the original packaging. Requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returned or exchanged items will be evaluated. If any signs of use are found, the exchange or return may be refused, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
Promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Return shipping costs — whether due to change of mind, manufacturing defect, or exchange request — will be covered by our online store, with no additional cost to the customer. However, the shipping cost for sending a replacement item (in case of exchange) will be the customer's responsibility.
